ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE REVIEW PROCESS

To preserve the architectural and aesthetic appearance of the Willows, as well as to protect and promote real estate value for all homeowners, all exterior improvements and/or changes (except for minor landscaping) to homes are subject to the restrictions set forth in the Willows covenants.

Therefore, any proposed exterior improvements/changes to your home, except for minor landscaping, must receive prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
