Pool Rules and Regulations
The following is a list of rules and regulations for the pool and are intended to provide a safe, enjoyable and controlled environment for you and your family. Please review these rules with each member of your household and your guests. If these rules are violated, you may lose all pool privileges for the rest of the pool season.
Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
Pool hours are from 10:00 am. To 8:00 pm. Or dusk. Pool hours will be enforced.
The Pool will be open Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday) through Labor Day (Monday)
You must be 16 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21 years of age to use the pool.
Children in diapers will not be allowed to swim in the large pool. The Kiddy pool is limited to children 6 years of age and younger ONLY.
The Pool is to be used by residents and their guests only and all guests must be accompanied by a resident. The resident will be responsible for any damages incurred by their guests or family members.
No glass containers, alcohol or smoking will be permitted in the pool or surrounding areas. No food is allowed in the pool area. Food will be permitted in picnic/shelter area only.
No running, pushing, horseplay, rollerblading, skateboarding or bike riding is allowed in or around the pool area or parking lot.
No diving will be permitted at any time.
No animals are allowed in the pool area or pool facilities.
Large equipment, such as rafts and air mattresses are not permitted.
No profane or abusive language will be tolerated.
Bathers must wear generally accepted swimming attire. No Cutoffs or street clothing will be allowed.
The use of radios, tape players and/or musical instruments shall be limited to headphones only.
The use of life saving equipment is for emergency use only.
The pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area.
No vehicles are to be left in the pool parking lot after 10p.m. Any vehicle left is subject to towing without warning, at the expense of the owner.
There will be a $25.00 fee for each replacement pool pass.
